USDA Turkey, Ground 15% Fat: High-quality protein as well as a very good source of niacin and selenium.
Sweet Potato: Complex carbohydrate known for its rich vitamin A content also provides dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, manganese and iron.
